Jack Herzig is a distinguished practitioner of Immigration Law and has lectured on immigration topics at seminars and conferences sponsored by the American Immigration Law Association (AILA), as well as the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBI).
Mr. Herzig earned his Law Degree from Oxford University in Oxford, England, and his Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law, in Villanova, Pennsylvania.
Prior to embarking on a career on Immigration Law, Jack Herzig clerked for judges at both the state and federal levels, including a clerkship with the Honorable Robert S. Gawthrop, III of the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Since 1998, Jack Herzig has been providing quality services to people seeking to immigrate to the United States or to legalize fiancés, husbands, wives, and other family members. He has represented hundreds of asylum applicants in New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Arlington Immigration Courts, as well as before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
Mr. Herzig is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, the Second, Third, and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
